This is a vintage Longchamp Moustiers Salad Plate. It has a backstamp.

 A French plate made in the city of Longchamp in the Burgundy Province.

The design is a revamp of a pattern Moustiers faience produced in France from about 1679 into the 19th century. The wares manufactured in the 17th and 18th centuries were so distinctive, and of such high quality (source Britannica.com. This Vintage Plate  has an image derived from local French folklore.
